Welcome to HNOKWC™ site. Please review the following basic terms & conditions of the site. Note that the use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

GENERAL
The use of this site constitutes you to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. HNOKWC™ may, from time to time, change the terms that are presented for your use on this site. Also, HNOKWC™ may change, move or delete, or may add to, the site from time to time.
 
PRODUCT INFORMATION
HNOKWC™ products that are displayed on the site are for “Pre-Orders” only unless stated otherwise. All pre-order products are reserved to those who purchase them. Pre-order periods do last about 2 weeks long before production can start and once the deadline ends, production will take place and can vary to how long it will take for the products to complete for shipping. Products will be update on all social networks of HNOKWC™ when the deadline ends, products have been sent to production, and when products have been completed and ready to be packed and shipped.

PRE-ORDERING
HNOKWC™ products are released as “PRE-ORDERS”. They are products that have not been through production and will be sent after the deadline ends for those who are interested in reserving their merchandise and are willing to wait for their order to be shipped on a later date. Once the products return from production, HNOKWC™ will inspect the products for defects before packaging, After they have been packaged, products will be shipped and will take a few days to receive depending on your location.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All US Domestic orders will be shipped USPS First Class. All International orders will be shipped USPS International Priority mail.

DELIVERY
All orders shipping within the United States will take about 3-5 business days. All orders shipping outside the United States, will take about 6-10 days depending on your location as well as the rules and regulation of your country for orders shipping from California. Once your order has been shipped out, you will be notified via email. Most orders will or will not be provide with a tracking number. If you have not yet received your order within a certain time frame of your order being delivered, please contact HNOKWC™ at info.hnokwc@gmail.com.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
HNOKWC™ products displayed on the site will not be available right away nor will the be ready for shipping once you place an order, due to the fact all products are for “Pre-order” purchase only unless stated otherwise. If a product is available on the site but not available in-stock, I will notify you via email regarding your order. Any questions or concerns regarding any products being release or already displayed for purchase please send us an email.

RETURN POLICY
Every product of HNOKWC™ is limited and will not be available in-stock for replacements. It is important that you know what “Pre-orders” are and the process. If there is a problem with your order, please email us and I will do my best to resolve your order. Otherwise, all sales are final. *NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
By purchasing a product from HNOKWC™, you are certified that it is for personal use only and not for resale. HNOKWC™ reserves the right to reject any unusual orders without any explanation.
